Tonight's DRD: Golden Beet Galette

In case you hadn't had enough of free-form tarts, you're in luck. Neither had I!

Which is what inspired me to make this golden beet galette. The dough was made with cornmeal for a little added flavor, and then the tart was filled with feta cheese, beet greens, sliced roasted beets and parmesan cheese dusted on top.
